At RealFrnd, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience to all our users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and related matters for services purchased through the RealFrnd platform.
This Policy applies only to users who avail services through the platform and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use.
1. Payments
The applicable service fee, purchase amount, and available payment methods will be displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, which operate in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
Users are advised to verify payment details carefully before completing any transaction.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Service Execution
A user may request cancellation of a successfully placed order before the service has been executed. Such requests must be made within an hour of payment by contacting our support team.
Approval of cancellation and any associated refund shall be at the sole discretion of RealFrnd.
After Service Execution
Once a call (audio or video) has been delivered or executed, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
3. Refund Policy
Reports and Personalised Services
No refund shall be provided for any report, analysis, or personalised service once it has entered the processing stage or has been assigned to an expert.
Users are requested to review all details carefully before placing an order, as responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information rests solely with the user.
Completed Consultations
No refund shall be issued once a consultation, chat session, voice call, or video call has been successfully completed.
No refund shall be granted for dissatisfaction with the consultation, advice received, predictions, interpretations, or perceived accuracy of any guidance provided.
Connected Calls
Any call that has successfully connected shall be considered delivered, and no refund will be provided solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with the consultation.
4. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
Refund requests may be considered in cases where the quality of the service was materially affected due to:
- Network disruptions during the consultation
- Weak signal or connectivity issues
- Inaudible communication
- Excessive background noise
- Technical failures attributable to the platform
Each request will be reviewed by the RealFrnd Quality Team, and refunds may be approved partially or fully based on the circumstances and findings.
By requesting a refund, the user authorizes RealFrnd to review relevant chat records, call recordings, and consultation details solely for the purpose of evaluating the refund request.
5. Incorrect Information Submitted by Users
Users are responsible for providing accurate information while booking services.
If any information submitted is incorrect, the user must notify our support team within 1 hour of the service execution. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate correction requests, modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
6. Duplicate Payments
In case of payment failures, server delays, session timeouts, or similar issues, users are advised to verify whether their bank account has already been debited before initiating another payment.
If duplicate payments are made for the same order:
- RealFrnd will retain the amount applicable to a single valid order.
- Any excess amount received due to duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.
7. Order Rejection or Cancellation by RealFrnd
RealFrnd reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Service unavailability
- Incorrect pricing information
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of platform policies
If an order is cancelled by RealFrnd after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled service shall be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Nature of Services
The consultations and guidance offered through RealFrnd are intended for informational, spiritual, personal, and advisory purposes only.
Our services are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, psychological, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
RealFrnd shall not be responsible for decisions made by users based on consultations conducted through the platform. Refund requests based on disagreement with, dissatisfaction regarding, or perceived inaccuracy of advice will not be accepted.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Where a refund is approved:
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing typically takes 7-10 business days, subject to banking institutions, payment gateways, and other external factors.
